1. What is The SeaQuel's return policy?
You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all original tags. Returns must be initiated within 3 calendar days of receiving your item.
2. Which items are not eligible for return?

Items damaged in transit (claims must be filed with the shipping carrier)
3. How do I initiate a return?
You can request a return via our return portal. If you're unable to do so, email your order number and reason for return to help@TheSeaQuel.com.
4. Can I cancel or modify my order?
No, once an order is placed, we cannot cancel or modify it. This includes billing/shipping updates, item changes, discount applications, and order cancellations.
5. What are the shipping options and delivery times?

Processing time is generally 2 business days.
6. What happens if my package is lost or stolen?
All packages are insured by The Seaquel through the carrier. If your package is confirmed delivered but missing, or received damage, you must file a claim with the carrier.
7. Does The SeaQuel ship to PO Boxes?
USPS can deliver to PO Boxes, but other carriers cannot. If your order must be fulfilled by a non-USPS carrier (such as selecting overnight shipping), you must provide a street address.
